Vedic Chanting

Chanting class, either individual or group has an inborn mechanism to powerfully counter the patterns of unrest and distraction: ādhyāyanam. 100% listening is both required and cultivated, and the sense of empowerment, well-being and lightness that results is not random, but a result of the focused attention process.

a) Therapeutic approach

 Yoga therapy addresses a broad range of physical, mental, behavioral, and emotional challenges, as long as you are willing to practice at home, with our guidance. Your personal goals can be approached through this process, so we recommend you consider what shifts you would love to create for yourself prior to your first consultation. We meet every week  over the course of two months. Following the consultation, your teacher will design an appropriate practice for you, and you will be asked to do this at home on a daily basis As your symptoms and experience improve, we adapt the practice to support and extend these improvements into your life.

b) We do offer yoga session to all ages ,1-2-1 sessions and small groups.

Pranayama

Pranayama: Breath as the Key

Pranayama refers to breathing exercises which clear the physical and emotional obstacles in our body to free the breath and so the flow of prana – life energy. Regular and sustained practice of Pranayama can supercharge your whole body!
When we work on freeing the breath through pranayama (breathing exercises) we are also working on letting the life energy flow through the body. It has the effect of energizing, relaxing and healing the body, letting everything fall into place. It literally increases and balances the life energy in your system.This requires consistent regular practice.
My teachers say any practice has to be practiced for 100 days to actually understand process.
